Christmas and End of Year Reflections: Balancing School Holidays, Family Visits and More

As Christmas and 2025 draw to a close, many of us at Therapeutic Blueprint have found ourselves reflecting on the enormous juggle that the festive season often brings - from navigating school holidays and coordinating family visits, to Santa duties, celebrations, and everything in between, this time of year can feel both joyful and overwhelming in equal measure.

These reflections came together during our annual staff Christmas Party, where the team took time to share the highs and lows of 2025. Conversations were filled with laughter, honesty, and a real sense of connection as we compared stories of festive chaos, unexpected challenges, and the many moments that required careful balancing acts throughout the year. If there were a prize for juggling, we’re not sure anyone could claim it outright because the team has collectively navigated such an incredible amount this year!

What stood out most, however, was a shared sense of optimism. Despite the challenges that have been uniquely felt by all, there was a mutual agreement that the turning of the year brings with it a feeling of renewal and new opportunity. A new year offers space for reflection, growth, and fresh opportunities for all - both personally and professionally.

As we step into 2026, we’re looking forward to another year filled with learning, development, and continued growth. From all of us at Therapeutic Blueprint, we hope the year ahead brings you meaningful moments, positive connections, and plenty to celebrate.

Happy New Year! 🎆
