Hannah has over 19 years of experience working in management and senior management positions in children’s residential care in the UK and the USA. She has worked in various children’s social care settings and directly worked with children who have suffered neglectful and abusive early childhoods and ongoing placement breakdowns. She has won several awards for the direct work she has done with these children and the team around them to understand developmental trauma and to help build better futures. 

Ian has worked in children’s residential services for almost thirteen years, in a variety of roles. During his career Ian has worked in specialist services for young people with autism, complex trauma and social and emotional mental health needs. Ian now delivers a wide variety of training across the country to education provisions, residential services and foster carers as well as providing consultancy and quality assurance visits.

Stuart has spent 20 years working with children who are looked after with most of that time spent in children's homes. Stuart remains committed to improving the lives of children who are looked after and their families.
